Medical Disclaimer

Freediving involves inherent risks and requires proper training and good physical condition. By using this App, you acknowledge that freediving can be dangerous and potentially fatal if proper safety procedures are not followed. You confirm that you are in good physical health and have no medical conditions that make freediving unsafe. You agree to consult a physician before starting any breath-holding or freediving training. You understand that the App is a training tool only and does not replace proper in-person freediving instruction.

Safety Requirements

For your safety, you must never practice breath-holding in water without a qualified safety partner present. Never practice breath-holding while lying in bed or in positions where you could lose consciousness without support. Follow all safety protocols provided in the App. Stop any training session immediately if you feel dizzy, disoriented, or unwell. Never exceed your personal limits or ignore warning signs from your body.

App License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App. You may not remove any proprietary notices from the App, use it for any illegal purpose, or share your account credentials with others.

Payment and Refunds

All purchases are final and processed through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Refund requests must be made through the respective app store's refund process. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, provided you have not violated these Terms of Service, you request the refund within 30 days of purchase, and you provide a valid reason for the refund request.

Content and Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, training programs, and methodologies, is our intellectual property and protected by copyright laws. You may not use this content without our explicit permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, death, or damage resulting from use of the App. We make no warranties about the accuracy or effectiveness of the training programs. Your use of the App is at your own risk. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in unsafe practices, use the App in a way that could harm others, or share account access with others.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Major changes will be notified through the App.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
